📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market analysis and identify high-potential locations for new beauty centers.
• Develop and implement project plans for branch development and location analysis.
• Manage resources and budgets to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with local authorities and community leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in branch development and location analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, branch development, or location analysis.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the beauty industry and local market trends in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
