Duta Nanda Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Blitar. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct sales transactions and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.,Assist customers in selecting products and providing product information.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space to create a pleasant shopping environment.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Promote sales and special offers to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in store setup and breakdown to prepare for opening and closing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.,Enthusiastic and passionate about the retail industry.
