Max Store Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing staff, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.,Oversee and train store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.,Manage and maintain store merchandise, ensuring it is presented attractively and meets quality standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager and other team members to achieve store objectives and targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using computer software and tools for inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
