In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Support the recruitment team in managing the company's social media presence,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools
