📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with customers to schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Assist customers in securing financing options through our premium financial services.
- Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage customer interactions and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and relationship management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
