📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food is properly labeled and stored.
  • Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
