📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the F&B outlets.

Ensure high standards of food and beverage service are maintained.

Train and develop staff to meet service standards.

Monitor food and beverage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.

Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and report on sales and service performance.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.

Proven track record of delivering excellent service.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and regulations.

Ability to use POS systems and other relevant software.

Valid food handling certificate.
