Lingkungan Joko Restaurant is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. We are a growing restaurant chain in Bontang, and we are committed to providing a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and high employee morale.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
