CV Bhakti Pancaran is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Pluit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a proven track record of success, and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Certifications in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, are a plus.
