📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
