📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end livestream productions, including pre-event setup, real-time execution, and post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Manage technical aspects of livestreams, including audio-visual setup, troubleshooting, and software tools like OBS Studio, StreamYard, and Zoom.
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Engage with viewers in real-time through chat, social media, and other platforms to enhance the overall viewing experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote livestreams and drive attendance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in livestreaming to continuously improve our operations.
• Provide training and support to team members involved in livestream productions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in livestream operations, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with livestream software and tools, including OBS Studio, StreamYard, and Zoom.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and technical troubleshooting.
