📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential clients.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security systems industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CCTV and Access Control technologies and solutions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
