We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team at Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd) in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of our automotive division, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial accounts of the automotive division, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable.,Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
