📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Manage and optimize project resources.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical ventilation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
