📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes to meet the resort's high standards of quality and presentation.,Assist the Executive Chef in developing and implementing daily menu plans.,Oversee the kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in inventory control and cost management to ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.,Proven experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong understanding of regional specialties.,Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or equivalent.,Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
