In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the export airfreight operations, from booking and scheduling flights to handling documentation and customs clearance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage export airfreight operations, including booking and scheduling flights, handling documentation, and customs clearance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and to provide them with the best possible service.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and apply this knowledge to our operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, and be a point of contact for clients who have questions or concerns about their shipments.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Use industry-standard software and tools, such as IATA, to manage and track shipments.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in airfreight operations, with a focus on export.
• Strong understanding of IATA regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with airfreight software and tools, such as IATA.
• Ability to travel, as needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
