📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Interpret Mandarin-English conversations for sales meetings, negotiations, and client interactions
• Prepare and translate sales documents, contracts, and other business materials
• Assist with the organization and coordination of sales events and client visits
• Provide cultural and business etiquette guidance to enhance client interactions
• Maintain accurate records of interpretations and client communications
• Support the sales team with market research and analysis in the Chinese market
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for Mandarin-speaking clients
• Contribute to the development of our company's relationships with Chinese clients and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent) and proficient in English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interpreting, translation, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Linguistics, Business) preferred
• Previous experience working in the tourism, hospitality, or international trade industry is a plus
