Part-Time Lobby Cleaner (Bali - Multiple Locations)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of high-traffic lobby areas in premier locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Seminyak. As a Lobby Cleaner, you'll be the first impression for our guests and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

In this role, you'll be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming high-traffic areas. You'll also be expected to handle light maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies, organizing lobby areas, and ensuring that all cleaning equipment is in good working order. With your attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you'll help create a welcoming and inviting environment for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming high-traffic lobby areas.
• Handle light maintenance tasks, such as restocking supplies, organizing lobby areas, and ensuring that all cleaning equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby areas in accordance with company standards and guest expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, health and safety regulations, and confidentiality agreements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning services, preferably in a high-traffic lobby environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, including but not limited to, vacuum cleaners, mops, and sweepers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, and perform other physical tasks as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require travel between multiple locations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
