📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule and manage inbound shipments.
• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods, working closely with quality control teams.
• Optimize warehouse space and inventory management using tools like SAP and WMS.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inbound logistics or warehouse management.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Certification in Logistics Management or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, WMS, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
